As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the medical information project team. You will provide valuable support to team members to ensure that contracted services are provided within regulatory guidelines and to the highest standard. Training, mentoring and development of the medical information group will be integral to this role, so you will need to have a focus on people and quality. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, perform QC of work and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Solid experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is essential, with responsibilities involving counseling and providing and delivering medical information. You will be a registered / licensed healthcare professional with a relevant degree or qualification.
The successful candidate will have strong experience within a supervisory or management role. You will need to have a team orientated approach and highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. You will have proven expertise in motivating and integrating teams, with the ability to teach, mentor and coach staff.
This position provides support across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region, therefore as well as your experience, you should possess fluent written and verbal English skills, as well as at least one of the following languages:
